Fetal alcohol syndrome.

Aggression.

Violence.

They are survivors of the streets.

Of gangs and drugs.

Of endless foster homes and group homes.

Of numerous hospital emergency visits.

Of repeated encounters with the police.

Of abuse.

Referral to the H.O.M.E. Society was their last option.
